Due to the nature of this class Countrywide Phlebotomy WILL NOT issue ANY refunds for any portion of the tuition. If you are registered you must attend the class. OR You may attend ANY of the other classes we offer within 1 year’s time. You may also sell your registration to a third party that may be interested in attending the class. If you do this please notify us as soon as possible. If you feel this is an unreasonable policy please consider that all books and supplies are ordered and shipped for you the day of your registration.

If the class you are registered for becomes too full or is canceled after you have paid your fees. We will contact you immediately to verify information and fees WILL be refunded to you within 3-5 business days. If we attempt to, and do not make contact with the registered student due to a disconnected phone and/or email we will hold your refund until you make contact with us.( maximum 30 days) A third party may NOT contact us, as verification must be made with the registered student. If a third party is responsible for your fees you must notify us. Fees will be returned to the registered party. NOT the payee. If checks are mailed to you at your request you must pay the certified mail fee. (Cost varies) If you do not receive your check in the mail and a stop payment is issued you are responsible for the $50.00 stop payment fee. There will be a 60 day waiting period for ALL stop payment requests. Using a credit or debit card IS recommended through our website. As this is a faster, easier refund process.
As per registration policy: NO ONE under 18 may register.
